The rooftop pool was a highlight, and we loved how clean the rooms were. We visited Xel-Há and enjoyed snorkeling and the lazy river. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend checking this place out for a fun group getaway!

One downside was the wait time for breakfast. It was longer than expected, a bit annoying when we were eager to start our day.

Accommodating staff, large rooms with windows at the back. Particularly good location close to the tourist strip, very nice restaurants in the local area.

overall had pleasant stay during vacation. we liked new-fashioned room exactly like in pictures and very helpful stuff. the location was nice there, close enough to the nightlife. besides, it was close enough to 5th avenue in playa del carmen, the mall and about 6 other restaurants within walking distance.

Comfortable beds, excellent location, friendly staff, and great internet connection made our quick stay enjoyable, with easy access to nearby attractions just 5 km from the airport.

I didn't want to leave, had a very enjoyable experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. There was good food, the staff was very amiable and attentive.

It was just a reliable pick for a weekend jaunt in Playa del Carmen with good value. The rooftop pool with great views was a highlight. Choose a room at the back if you want it quieter.

Fabulous views and tranquility. The roof top pools were a perfect escape, while the room was clean and accommodating for my partner and our pup, who even enjoyed treats provided by the hotel. Breakfast options, including fresh sandwiches, were amazing, setting a positive tone for our days. A slight hiccup was the check-in process, which could be a bit confusing, but the friendly staff made up for it with their attentiveness.

I loved how everything was just a few steps away, from the vibrant Mamita's Beach Club to the eclectic 3D Museum of Wonders. Plus, the nearby Los Fundadores Park provided a lovely spot to relax and soak in the views after a day of walking around the city.

The hotel was clean and well-located, just a block from 5th Avenue. Enjoyed the rooftop pool with stunning views, but room service was problematic at times, leading to misunderstandings with orders. Staff were friendly and attentive.
